CHARGES DUE ON: 1st FEBRUARY 2022 FOR THE 12 MONTH PERIOD UNTIL 31st JANUARY 2023

CHARGES Fall due on the following dates
1st February 2022 – Site Fee,
1st July 2022 – Rates element,
1st November 2022 – Park Insurance.
AND MUST BE PAID IN FULL. If unpaid interest at the rate of 1.0% per moth will be charged on all accounts, one month from payment date. Site fees being paid before 1st February should deduct the discount amount from total charges.
Site fees can be paid by instalments, providing a standing order is in place with your bank prior to the 1st February. Contact Karen in the office for a form and the STO rate is 10 payments of £480 which includes the site fee and rates elements. karen@slcaravans.co.uk

The Park Insurance falls due on 1st November 2021
Compass Insurance will be contacting you direct to renew your policies.
EVERYONE MUST have insurance. When they let us know who has taken up their offers or you have supplied us with your own cover notes. Those failing will not have their cards turned back on. This is for yours and your neighbours security and safety.
The Second Part will fall due on 1st July 2022 after we receive the invoices for the following services: UBR, Water & Sewage Rates, & other exempt items etc.
Electricity is chargeable at British Gas Tariffs. Meters will be read during September/October each year.
Private Sales of Holiday Homes
Sanction to sell on site attract a 15% + VAT transfer fee, must be paid by the Purchaser, on the sale price which is NOT lower than the offer made by the Park Owner, and the transfer will only take place after the seller has informed the Park Owner in writing of the Buyers Name & Address, and the Buyer has paid the Transfer fee in full. Also the Seller must have paid all outstanding debts in full, there will be a minimum transfer fee payable of £500.00 + VAT.
The Company reserves the right to dispose of way by sale or otherwise any caravan left on the Company’s premises by the owner after 28 days have elapsed from the date of written notice given by the Company to the owner at the last known address given to the Company requiring removal of such caravan or 28 days after the owner has given the company notice of his intention to remove his caravan and has failed to remove the same within that period.
